2. Client Responsibilities & Data Compliance
When providing lead lists, contact data, or CRM access to ReviwAI, you represent and warrant that:
-All provided lead data has been legally obtained with prior opt-in consent in accordance with applicable laws.
-You fully comply with all relevant telemarketing and data privacy laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, CCPA, GDPR, and carrier guidelines (A2P 10DLC).
-You will not use our services for unsolicited spam, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
If we determine that provided data violates legal or carrier compliance standards, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.
3. SMS & Automated Communications Terms
